My apologies for failing to send out a newsletter last week.
A lot happened the past two weeks. I was asked a week and a half ago to run a “secret” Bitcoin meeting here in Hong Kong by the sponsor in his absence. Next thing I know, I also offering up my office space for Bitcoin developers to hang out and adding words like 隔离见证 (Segregated Witness) to my Chinese vocabulary.  A couple days later, John Tsang, Hong Kong’s Financial Security is talking about blockchain in his budget speech.  Exciting times in the world of decentralization!
